With over 17 years of experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls sector, and 12 years in senior leadership roles, Jessica brings an enduring commitment to survivor-centred, trauma-informed practice. Whilst being new to the maritime sector, Jessica brings a wealth of experience, including developing innovative services in complex, high-risk environments, championing lived experience voices, and securing substantial funding for collaborative national projects.
