Freelance Trainer

As a Freelance Maritime Trainer, you will co-deliver specialist training programmes alongside Rape Crisis South London to maritime organisations, training providers, and industry partners. Drawing on your  maritime experience to illustrate challenges, power dynamics and onboard culture. 



Working collaboratively with Safer Waves and Rape Crisis South London, you will also contribute to the ongoing review and development of training content, ensuring it remains relevant, accurate, and reflective of current maritime practice, industry developments, and the lived experiences of seafarers.

Email Support Volunteer

Help someone feel heard when they need it most.



We're looking for compassionate volunteers to provide emotional support through our anonymous email support service for seafarers affected by sexual harassment, sexual violence or gender discrimination.


This is a fully remote volunteer role for UK-based applicants, with comprehensive training provided.
